Returns & Replacement policy

At Happylooms, every product is made with care using 100% cotton, handloom-woven fabrics. We take hygiene and safety very seriously. Since towels and personal-use fabrics cannot be resold once opened, we follow a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy.

1. No Returns or Cancellations

• Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

• As towels and textiles fall under personal hygiene products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as size, colour preference, or change of mind.

2. Quality Assurance

• Each product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

• After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

• Claims raised beyond 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

4. Colour & Weave Variations

• Handloom products may have slight variations in colour, weave, or finish. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and not considered defects.
